Sprints run in the order you create them. Each sprint is at least 2 weeks, at about 25 hours a week. Dates fill in by themselves, and you can change the start and end of any sprint. No work over the holidays, Dec 21 to Jan 1. Each sprint is invoiced when it is delivered.
